All the opportunity, weather, food, and culture you can ask for.

I use zillow, but I take the credit score with a grain of salt.

I love going out to try new drinks and try new food.

I would also send the tenant information about food pantries etc in the area.

I had enough food to get by.And I had to deal with a worldwide pandemic slowing down the economy when it came time to list my house.But life has a great way of balancing out the good and bad.

I run the check anyway but with a grain of salt. 

Another thing I'm doing which is against the grain is only investing in SFH.

Plus for Bay area folks the fact that you can scoot over and meet them in person is a plus.Good company  and if anyone can make it work in todays market its them .. in my opinion and again I am an investor so take that with a grain of salt..Go meet with them.. do your due diligence and if you think its a fit jump aboard.
