I recently just moved here from Minnesota, and boy, is it a gorgeous state.

He discovered there was high demand for Bachelorette parties, so he turned it all pink and marketed it for Bachelorettes.

Plus —such gorgeous architecture!  

I know 3 ladies that do an awesome job securing insurance displaced families in their homes and they offer a gorgeous portfolio of premium properties.   

It was original down to the pink toilets.

We added $40K-$50K refinishing the hardwood floors, removing wallpaper, painting walls and updating the kitchen & bathroom with new cabinets, adding granite countertops and creating a BEAUTIFUL dining room off the kitchen that was wasted space as an enclosed porch, and also added french doors leading out to a newly-built pre-finished deck we added so the new owners could enjoy their gorgeous fenced in backyard.

While places like the Exumas, Turks and Caicos, and Caymans are gorgeous, they are unfortunately out of my personal price range.Here’s my short list:Utila, Honduras - I loved this island.

One year Belgian DJ dubstep duo Ganga White Night was playing Red Rocks Amphitheater and booked, they loved it so much regardless of the plastic wrapped balconies, locked cabinets and pink elephant themed baby room that they asked to rent it again the following year.

I have had mostly great guests, but the few that I've had that were terribly messy (much of what you describe but also smearing pizza toppings on the floor, having an easter egg hunt (I found some of the eggs) with chocolate in fabric and pink maybe egg coloring staining two sets of sheets) and yet were given 5 star reviews from prior hosts.
