Added refrigerator and new stove (converted from gas to electric stove).

Any strategies, don't have much gas to drive for dollars much less drive to those counties.

The county condemned it because he change the gas to electric and never pull permits to do so. 

Prices are a moving target and here in Calif, the change quickly due to the prices of gas to transport wholesale to retail. 

If you have gas to the water heater and the furnace, I have to imagine 150A is fine for most SFR, but again, the electrician can do the load calculations.As for price, I don't know the prices in Phili, but I can't imagine $1900 is too expensive. 

I'm in the Tampa area, Plant City, and two years ago when I needed to replace the heating element in my older water heater I researched and decided it's not cheaper in the long run for tankless when it's heating source is electric but would be worth more research if heated with gas.  To

Needless to say, it isn't worth the gas to drive out to your property for that amount.My best advice is simple.

They put odorant in gas to detect leaks(rotten egg smell), you can pinpoint leaks by using a combustible gas indicator and soapy water.I wish we have gas service in our prop in Houston.

This project took a little longer than expected because we did an oil to gas conversion which took about 8 months for utility to bring gas to the house.
