Just be aware that (1) you can easily do whatever it is Tardus is selling much cheaper elsewhere (2) Tardus special investments for members only are mundane investments available at the same terms to anyone with a computer and internet connection and (3) the strategy of borrowing from a HELOC to juice returns carries with it a much greater risk than is apparently disclosed.

Defining your enough can be a good measuring stick to reasses, because spending time on forums like these you're likely to hit your enough, the key is being able to say "I have enough" and be able to enjoy the fruits of your labors.

I'll be primarily focusing on the "Slow Flip Method" for a few months to see if the juice is worth the squeeze, but essentially, you look for distressed properties in or below $30k and sell them FSBO to people with bad credit for $80-$90k with $2k-$5k down.
