I have one I would rate as A or B+ and that is by far the easiest to manage, but also the least profitable relative to the investment.As I read the stories and experiences from others I realize I am not cut out for D class.

@Ben Ford so finding an investment friendly lender is one of the most important steps for any real estate investor even if you are NOT using this strategy.

That’s easier for your tenant than you installing a Tesla connector and they have a Chevy or a Ford.

--We had an applicant try to fake a Ford Motor Co paystub and it looked like they had a real paystub they tried to model there's on.
