Does anyone have any successful STRs in college football/sports towns?

My freshman year of collage I played division 1 football in Pittsburgh at a school called Duquesne.

I was still playing football of the Bison at the time asn was given the opportunity to work at a local bank in the mortgage division.

We decided on a % and they are stoked because they wanted in the long run this property to be a gameday house for football games etc.

What is more lucrative in a Midwest or southern market, with  prices in the $300k’s for STR’s, college football or vacation spots and where.

My focus has been on University towns with football.

sounds like an instate rivalry like College football there in the deep south..
