City recently did a building inspection and we noticed the tenant is smoking in the unit (cigarettes and marijuana), food waste everywhere leading to building pest issues, and there are 5 people living there now (3 adults and 2 kids).

Food for thought: Scranton, PA is just as close or closer that Albany depending on your locale and probably more landlord friendly.

Lexington is calmer than Columbia but still has plenty to do and great food and activities and its not a far from Columbia.

New To the New Jersey Market, Good New Jersey tittle company that don’t need an Attorney present and familiar with wholesale deals?

More traps, patch up holes, tell your tenants to be extra clean when dealing with food.

Just because people gotta eat doesn't mean any place selling hot food will do well.
