Maybe the foundation is slipping, the roof is needing full replacement, the plumbing backs up every time you are draining the tub and try to flush the toilet...  

What’s next, telling them how many flushes per day?

Instead of just flushing a loser and dealing with the blow back.. 

I'd like to start with flushing every few years and replacing the anode rod every 5 years or just once with one of these powered rods.I am skeptical of the very positive product reviews since the review really needs to be submitted 10+ years after the installation to be meaningful and they never are.

Flush toilet 4  vac out water5 remove two flange bolts 6 clean flange and put new wax rings on7 place toilet on new flange bolts tightened bolts8 reinstall water line 9 check for leaksit’s an easy job that should not take long at all. 

If there is a gap more than 1/4 inch between the Sheetrock and wall use spray foam to fill the gap and when it dries trim it away flush with a razor.

I could essentially be flushing $1000 if it turns bad.Could be a toilet seal, could be a pipe busted under the slab.

That includes weekly cleaning, chemicals, flushing of filter when it needs it, topping off the pool, and my people clean the pool deck when it needs it.

I know locally some of the banks are flush with "utica shale" money they need to loan out.

I put in the Champion toilet that flushes 8 golf balls.My.kids used to stop up the upstairs toilet till I put in one of these.
