So besides Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic side we're pretty sure we'd hang out somewhere between Sarasota and Naples! 

We're finally gaining momentum with work the house so we're expecting to be able to rent them come May (that will make one whole year of holding and renovations... not our finest but we're still learning).I'll definitely be giving Granite State Credit Union a call soon though to discuss the refi with them. 

But you can just write off Indiatlantic, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach and a few others, you'll never get approval and they do check occasionally. 

A rookie at it's finest, I know. 1- the numbers looked really great but the property needed some work before I can rent it at an amount for the numbers to work.

Not sure how to offer "fresh" items like milk or bakery muffins if I can't have them in a supply closet for the maids to put out after a cleaning...I am putting a Keurig in and planning to offer a variety of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa pods and some shelf-stable half and half or creamers.
