I would be cautious buying in the saturated areas because there are so many similarly sized properties that price is becoming increasingly the deciding factor. 

I have tons of those moisture absorber packets (from supplements, etc.) and will bring different sizes to see what works next time we swap out batteries.

They finally get back to me after the close date to say they need more time because they are try to cross collateralize their other properties to make this deal happen and the bank they were using doesn't do this kind of loan.
