That doesn't mean you have to jump to a rash decision.Depending on local customs, banning smoking might drastically reduce your tenant pool.

We are generally in a situation where we need to allow the current lease to expire, so we are rarely having to make rash decisions with no experience with the new inherited tenant.

that's for sure.. the cirrus has a long wing too so the T hangers and others were very susceptible to hanger Rash.
