We have had a pipe burst during the cold winter months, the roof needed to be replaced (thankfully covered by our insurance), and some issues with electrical, which hasn't been majorly updated since it was built in 1973.

Today, it is 24 degrees and wind chill, and it tends to be colder in the park and cold mist freezes certain areas of it to the point that they're closed for the season as well.

This normally would not be an issue but the cost of the water/sewer is extremely high in this area and specifically because the meter is a one inch, the costs are much higher than a normal 3/4 inch on a non-duplex.
