What does your LLC Operating agreement say about dispositions? 

They tend to be the ones posting religiously on linkedin the benefits of garbage investment strategies in order to continually feed their business and have poorly drafted operating agreements often with side letters that are really  only necessary to hide from their lenders where their capital is coming from. 

Okay so is there a need for an LLC which has some terms in the operating agreement? 

I am curious if there is anyone else in this industry operating any senior living homes?

. $40k a year for not doing much is a great investment on $40k unless you are putting in a ton of work into the property.Who operates the property?
