My business marketing minor has given me the confidence to take on the business world, my design classes are amazing and I love it, and connections I’ve made (by hustling and offering my help to as many people as I can) has gotten me a part time job at a 500million dollar company as their ecommerce designer.

The prices for these dilapidated buildings can be very reasonable and if they have been out of commission for a while, some sellers are willing to accept creative financing options.I started my journey of searching for old motels in Michigan about a year ago, only focusing on it on my spare time while I work on my e-commerce businesses.

My question is, can I use my existing LLC to hold real estate investments even though it is listed with the state as a company which does e-commerce?

I am a brand new agent and my background is cash flow e-commerce sales(which means high volume with max %1 profit sales;) I passed my test and got my license and  I am starting my Real Estate career and I really would love to learn everything about real estate investing.

And my main income comes from ecommerce businesses so I’m pretty well diversified in that sense.

PS I also have a great deal of interest in ecommerce, social media marketing, and crypto currency (Clearly a millennial).
