In the more distant future, maybe the area turns more commercial and Walmart wants to buy the property. 8-)

Also, as Jason Hartman says, inflation helps you pay off fixed rate debt as you pay it back with "worth-less"dollars over time--basically benefiting from a non-inflation adjusted, original purchase price in the distant past.To Your Success!

I wouldn't do that to my investors, so even though I am not sure that a capital call will be needed, and if it is, it would be small relative to capital invested and likely not even this year, I felt it was my responsibility to give investors a distant heads-up that this is a possibility so they can be prepared if and when we have to take this step (and I should note we've never issued a capital call in our multi-decade history so I don't take this lightly).

They worked as a team in this entire thing.So here we go...A person sold a piece of land 3 years ago, reiterated in the deed "this conveyance is made subject to the restriction that no mobile or manufactured homes shall be placed upon the subject property." as the restriction had been in a previous, distant deed.
