This is what I discovered if this helps anyone out who Googles about them and ends up on this Bigger Pockets forum thread.On Reddit, there were several negative reviews like really bad ones of current clients who can't seem to exit from their services and who have spent and lost lots of money due to lag times, mistakes, etc. on the part of Anderson Advisors.

You might be able to afford a "better" property then.If you invest somewhere else in a vacation rental for example, you might also discover another place that you might like for retirement as well that might be more profitable.

With my LTRs I have been switching to all tenant paid utilities after my first winter where I discovered the majority of my tenants were setting the heat at 78 (which is unreasonable in Northern New Hampshire) and leaving their windows open in -20 degree weather.

This is what I am encountering, in the current Mortgage Industry.If you think you will go FHA, Conventional, FHA 203k, etc. and then Quit Claim the property, to a LLC, or a Land Trust you run the risk of the lender discovering a Title Transfer occurred and activating the "Acceleration Clause" or "Due on Sale Clause" that requires the loan to be paid in full, within 'x' number of days.
