To help expedite the rental unit approval/inspection, you can also talk with your local housing provider that runs the Sec 8 program what basic items they look for and make sure you have those covered.

I graduated from LSU's Flores program in 2022.

They're expensive, but I know several people who have gone thru each program and become what I think are successful investors, moreso than other programs. 

There are DSCR 5-8 unit programs that have 30 year fixed rate terms for DSCR 1 ratios.

Most bank statement programs will follow Fannie guidelines.Cheers!
