The Jersey City area is extremely hot at the moment and will continue to see demand as development continues.

Will the area demand a higher rent if your apartment is improved to those standards or will you over do it on the upgrade and not be able to get what your apt should go for due to the area.

@Mason GriffinStarting with a duplex and using a VA loan is a wise decision for first-time homeowners since they often have cheaper interest rates and do not demand a down payment.

We are already 1 MM senior housing units short as it is and we are not even in close to peak demand as Baby Boomers will continue to age for decades to come. 

If nobody redeems in that lawsuit, someone can still demand a public auction.

What I do know is this niche will become more and more in demand as time goes on and we end up needing more care facilities. 

Huntsville proper under 1500/month has high demand as well in either good neighborhoods and/or nicely updated properties
