Reliability of Regrid Zoning InformationIs the zoning data provided by Regrid accurate and up-to-date for development planning?

I have rental data, analytics, and entire market analysis in Reno, NV.

The data plans are reasonable ($50/month) and the service seems like it would be more reliable through storms and outages. 

A “contract to hold” binder payment equal to a month’s rent would also be collected at that time.

Here is the rental analysis data on how we came to $1,610 per unit and, when manually comp we find that's dang accurate for 4br.

I would recommend keeping all of the data in one sheet and using filters to narrow down.
