The rooms are too dark.

GP's going dark on the LP's, no response to communications etc.

So for the photos:1) The floor is dark.

The units all have tri-paint jobs with ceiling paint, a nice wall color and super-white glossy trim on everything else. 

Do you think that taking bigger risks may have alternatively landed you in a dark and cold place?

You are never kept in the dark about your investment.

Color me greedy cuz I'm not about to give this up!!! 

And arguably I think most would prefer a management transfer period as well, I'd say 2yrs, because you've been self-operating so i don't want to fumble around int he dark to sort what "system" has been used.

I've spoken to countless investors facing this same problem and I can feel the sense of frustration and helplessness, especially when your builder goes dark. 

Just create columns for every week and the rows are the activity and color code them in logical order.
