In fact, I watched a guy once bend a pipe 100 times until it had a crease in it like you'd find in a paperback, then use a torch to heat it back to normal.

When installing the supply lines, or anything with a gasket for that matter, make sure that 1- it indeed came with one on each end and 2- it is pushed in evenly and not twisted or creased of course.

In crease begets increase.And as taxes are done on a % basis, it means tax's are also taking a bigger chunk disproportionate to the increase.
