Hi All, I've got a nice condo in Mission Dolores neighborhood that ever since the Pandemic we have long-term rented.

I've been running no-pitch meetups since the pandemic where we started online and it takes a lot of vetting and not over-promoting.

My role on the team was to develop a model for the real estate and when the pandemic of 2020 ravaged senior living, our work was disrupted as building in the industry paused.

This couple also made it through the pandemic shut down and didn't lose their shirt.

Now it going above pre-pandemic was because like Miami, Nashville, and Boise, Austin was a super-fast grower and had massive companies relocate there during that period therefore homebuilders jumped on it.

Austin did get over-supplied following the pandemic and may take a year or two to get back to stabilization.

I see there has been some meet ups but due to the pandemic there havent been many recently.

When COVID started, I encouraged all my tenants to move because what's the point in cashflowing when you live in house full of tenants during a pandemic?
