The number one problem with RentRedi is the total lack of customer support and yes with Intuit you will have to talk to an oversees call center but every question I needed help with got answered and all problems got resolved.

PM business from what I hear is pretty tough and competitive business. 

So, I hope you have a speed dialer and a large cup of coffee.If you want low, competitive rates, fast closings and great service, work with a broker. 

We have an extremely competitive market, huge demand and low inventory.

My approach is to take a few minutes per quarter and make sure it is accurate by manually checking my true competition and adjustmenting prices accordingly. 

Your competition will probably use better or worse assumptions. 

With a milder climate, lack of natural disaster, good economic opportunities, and decent governance, NC has a bright future.
