The fee to submit an application is $600.00.

Your criteria seem a bit strict for Section 8 applicants.

This criteria happens to pretty much exclude all S8 applicants. 

Applications were being lost, or the website wasn't permitting tenants to fill them out.

My clients who invest in Section 8 housing do so in 'not quite' transitioned communities but that have low crime rates.
