I love walking and, imho, nothing walkable that meets the criteria - yet, that criteria might mean different things to different people.Walkable are: Miami Beach; Coconut Grove; Coral Gables (near downtown & UM); Miami Shores (and parts of Kendall - Dadeland; Doral - near downtown).

I let the lawn guy take the coconuts from the five palms.Personally I don't care either way, there is enough for everyone, and left over for neighbors times 3.

From my experience the big investment areas are in Miami are Coconut Grove, South Miami, Brickell, Dadeland, Fountainbleau, Aventura and certain areas of Miami Beach.

They are required to take inside THEIR lawn furniture, fire pit, bikes, container pots etc etc etc...I am to cut down potential flying coconuts from palms, take into storage kayaks, hammocks, BBQ grills etc...as far as panels themselves, I wrote that they are encouraged to install the panels (I don't expect them to), but it is my discretion whether I will do it or not, no guarantees.
