If I may, a lot of the issues we are running into with insurance is that consumers no longer use insurance as a catastrophic fall back but rather, they nickel and dime on small claims that compund into larger issues. 

Is it worth filling a claim?

I can't believe how many there are, and they've added the Rookie, Financial, and who knows what else.BP doesn't investigate the claims of their guests.

As far as SingleKey actually paying out on claims for tenant non-payment up to 12 months, property damages up to $10k reimbursed, covering 30 days of vacant property losses and helping out with tenant evictions up to $2k (as advertised), curious if anyone on here can attest to SingleKey actually paying out on these claims successfully.
