I am a full time chiropractor in business for 15+ years and would very much like to get some passive income so I can back off on the number of hours that I have been working in my business.

It was a chiropractor office on the lower level with an apartment upstairs that still has the x-ray machine/equipment and patient x-ray films.

Family from Western Kansas: husband, Chiropractor, wife, Director of Operations for a non-profit, 2 teenagers, 1 dog, 1 camper, willing to pay up to $2k.

Some attorneys, chiropractors,dentists,  landscape companies, etc. come to mind.

Maybe a co-working space or professional like a builder/remodeler, real estate brokerage, mortgage broker, therapist, chiropractor, massage therapy, dentist, doctor etc.

In reality I have nothing against college degrees but college is good for licensed professionals who will get stuck in a long term commitment like, doctors, lawyers, dentists, chiropractors, CPAs etc. 

My family of 6 annual cost (premium+deductible) for ALL dental, doctor, chiropractor, physical therapy, medication, eye, etc runs between $30k-$40k. 

The older building was rehabbed and 3 commercial tenants were placed on 15 year leases (they're 2 years into them) with 3% rent increase each month...one is a Chiropractor, a realtor company, and an insurance company.

For that matter any health care professional, chiropractor, physician etc will qualify.
