VRBO is having a bit of a glitch right now and loses connection at times.  

Wrong Property Management ApproachIt doesn’t matter how good the people who are doing the property management are, if they are not using a property management approach designed for co-living, everyone loses.  

I detail here how my first flip essentially bankrupted me which resulted in this house losing money as well.It’s easy to blame others for all that went wrong.

Normally, companies keep changing their name after losing all investor’s money.

As a matter of fact, you might be losing future depreciation by accelerating it now.

Just to beat a dead horse, we could see a recession in the future where you and/or your spouse lose your jobs.

When that happens you will only lose part of your cash flow rather than all of it if you have multiple DSTS vs one larger one.

Stay in and be part of this 721 or lose my investment most likely.

This would be my first real estate investment, making the decision even more critical.I understand that backing out would mean losing the $2,000 earnest deposit.
