I started my career working for Marriott in New York and Toronto, specializing in dynamic pricing and maximizing revenue.

Is there anything you wish you had known when you began your real estate career? 

I had a pretty successful career doing that and made good money but, it was not my passion, I love real estate and everything about it the good and the bad.

The insights I’ve gained so far have been invaluable, and I’m eager to expand my network and grow alongside other professionals in the field.

In fact, you have to go out of your way to get the business name in there (I actually had to reach out to support to figure out how to do it, and ended up changing it back to my personal name) by putting the business name in the first name field and leaving the last name field blank.So in your example, "Lumen" would have put "Lumen" into their profile as their first name, and left the last name field blank. 

After high school, I pursued a career in the military, where I proudly served for seven years.

Congrats on getting a start on your real estate investing career. 

Not sure if it’s needed or not in the field. 

Since I am entering this field in the latter part of my life (63), I do not want 'long-term' investments as I am not interested in making millions, but having enough for the remainder of my life to 'Vive La Vida Loca'!
