I’d recommend waiting till you have a cushion of some sort depending on your comfort level before you take the plunge and buy the second deal.

All of their products are Dutch-interest and their highest leverage option is a 1st position with a 2nd position loan wrapped with it to get to higher leverages.  

Hello everyone,I’m a Canadian looking to buy a short term rental vacation home in the Kissimmee area.Currently we own a long term rental home in Winter Garden which we bought some time ago, and will be paid off completely in Feb 2029.  

These loan products include a partial release feature that allows them to be repaid gradually as TIC interests are sold, and ensure that the sold TIC units are not encumbered by a blanket encumbrance.- The variety of financing products available as individual tenant in common loans remains limited, and the terms are generally less favorable than either apartment building loans or condominium loans.

You would think that with all that income, they would let you use the product for commercial use.

I have some buy and hold rentals and have never done a BRRRR.

What ever you're doing to find/buy/create deals is working.

They wear like iron and still look great after 7 years of vacation rental use.Remember, you don't need to buy brand new.
