Some investors are comfortable buying for appreciation or with the expectation that rents will grow at a faster pace.

And they just increased their rental limits to try and keep pace with cash tenants, so if Section 8 is part of your strategy, now is a great time.

Just confirm everyone’s ready for a quicker timeline and that any financing or paperwork can keep pace.
