It was a gang not staying at any hotels they were on the beach looking to rob people for drug money.

I got all sorts of calls, usually some were just curious, some were angry, every month someone called the police, the BBB and one time even the FBI on me, because the term "cash offer"" seemed suspicious to them - drug money LOL A place officer called me on behalf of a resident asking me to stop mailing them, to which I replied: sure whats their address and he said: he would not give me that information.. 

That is your drug dealers, murders, thief's, ect.  

Most of the population moved to the surrounding suburbs or other cities and abandoned the downtown area, causing it to become a center for poverty, drugs, homelessness, and crime.

The tenant was arrested on Thursday for dealing drugs out of our property in Newport Beach.
