The house had the utilities turned off for the 6 years, and was filled with the original 1 owner's furniture, clothes, appliances, car and ecn food in the frig (without elctric on for 6 years).

You can go to bed at night sleeping like a baby even though you charge 4X what others get because you know, you helped fulfill a couples LITERAL life dream.

But, of course, the Bible does warn us about “wolves in sheep’s clothing.”It ended up costing us $35,000 (I found out later that some people in the Inner Circle class only paid $20k) to be in Lee’s Inner Circle, which I joined for the sole purpose of having funding.

Not sexy but I sleep like a baby every night and cash those checks on the 1st of every month!!

If you were to say to them, for example, "I see you have a baby coming, so I'm not going to renew your lease since you are regularly late paying now

With this additional expense, that would mean depleting the savings we’ve worked so hard to build over the past few years.To add to the situation, my wife and I are expecting our first baby in just two weeks!

It amazes me the nice cars, clothes, and general stuff that my renters have compared to what I own. 

However, as I mentioned in my original post, my immediate goal is to move out of our current townhouse into a larger single-family home that better suits my family’s needs (we have a baby and a big dog).

For people who don't want to hang it, then they need to take wet clothes to the laundry room.
