There thinking some clean-up-fairy comes swooping in with a broom, washes the ashes away and then Bob The Builder n all his friends comes hot on the hells, Bing-Bang-Boom all is rebuilt and were singing kumbayas by Christmas.......Reality is it took about 10 years to rebuild post katrina.

The cleaner has indeed been taking the laundry home to finish since they haven't been able to get everything washed and dried during the 4-hour cleaning window.We will look into the commercial laundry service more.

This is typically done 3x a year.Hire a company to deep clean the washing machine, drier, and dishwasher.Reimburse us for the combined 8 hours we have now spent on cleaning the home.Repaint the walls, at minimum in the basement.Prorate our rent for the days we are unable to be in the home due to the current issues and any repair time.Please let us know how you would like to proceed.Thank you,Sindy and Cary"You need a professional property manager!

I said no but it maybe cost you 50 bucks a month other wise your tenant is paying off your principal and 3 to 5 years goes aweful quick then you own it free and clear and you just put 10% down and tenant paid of the rest what are you really going to do with 100 a month anyway... it was funny that was a hard sell. but I can tell you I did about 50 of the no interest and as they paid off you talk about a happy buyer getting their reconveyance deed in such a short amount of time..

We buy in bulk at Sam's.We get a large pump body wash from Walmart.He get decorative hand soap dispensers and buy large jugs to refill all these.

In this case though, it makes it very tough to keep the current property cash flowing if I pull the money out through the HELOC though (while it's not directly added to the mortgage, it all still washes out into much larger monthly payments) though, so I am very leary!
