So creating an environment where employees are given more autonomy and you are appraised on your deliverables, to me, leads to a more productive and happier workforce and environment.Office buildings and office spaces maybe reduced in size as a result of this.

I would consider: empowering employees, giving them autonomy, having a purpose, clear goals, great culture, etc, to be great strategies.. but after a certain number of years, won't people need a more money to keep up with cost of living?

Greece's current government doesn't seem like the autocratic wizards that it would take to make a currency switch back to the Drachma a less chaotic one, but it is definitely the only option to really retain autonomy and perhaps grow their way out of the worst of the problem, not to mention print currency to pay back a portion of their debts.

And while I'm willing to put in work that's necessary... that just seems excessive.That said, I found a few threads of people talking about going in on the software "team" plans, which in total was more expensive, but with a handful of people chipping in, it actually made it quite affordable.One question that didn't get answered though, was whether or not individual leads were shared across the "team" or each user had autonomy and private list of leads.

The property managers I use generally have a fair amount of autonomy when times are good (as in, nothing really going on), and I usually am more "on top" of them when times are bad (as in, tenants moving in/out, emergencies, non-payment of rent, etc.).
