I would much rather deal with someone like him who knows what they are doing and speaks the truth rather than someone who spews out a bunch of feel good crap just to get your money then disappears..

And truth be told, a 6% ConC return year one is hard to find but let’s stipulate to that return.To get $10,000 a month, $120,000 a year off 6% annual cash on cash, how much capital does one need invested?

Or, He tells the truth and explains that he sold you the property, and "please remove the loan from his credit report".

So many half truths from those I have seen.  

There was no communication that was truthful.

My grandfather used this truth to subdivide & sell most of his farmland in rural MA and sustain his family comfortably over the years.  

Sure there’s some truth to it and you hear a lot of people say it, but it’s pejorative and negative.

We want to believe that those we meet are truthful and trustworthy.

The idea of owning real estate as an investment has always made me excited, but truthfully I don't know a lot about my options.
