yay nay on getting the licenseanyway this forum has been a huge help to me and i apreciate everything.

Anything to help me seem less random and crazy.I do not yet have personal experience as a host (my apartment is not an option -- entry is super-complicated and tied to a 'precious' FOB device), but I've watched closely as my girlfriend has successfully Airbnb'd her townhome in DC and she has already suggested that I list her as a partner.

That's one "hedge" I'm investing in, but very pragmatically.I'm working on a precious metals thing but not as a holder, as a flipper.

@Juan Diaz,I lumped categorical implications based on capital movement, and the constraint of otherwise limits in the principle based from mainstream economics; land, money, labor, and commodities, where money knows no border yet labor is monetized as a commodity just like the intrinsic value of a precious metal, or the value of crops.

using option strategies actively you can create cashflow, without waitinv for stock apreciation
