Hello BP Community, I had originally planned to write my first success story on June 5th which was my 1 year anniversary as a real estate investor.

Ditto with all the reminders and notifications of birthdays and anniversaries stored in them.  

I bought 3 SFHs with zero down and gave her a 15-year note at 7%.I am coming up on the five year anniversary of the purchase.

The first was the night before my 21st anniversary, I thought I'd stay home that night.

We get some repeat business but a lot of our week long rentals in Chatham are for special occasions like reunions,special anniversaries, special birthdays.We always need an influx of new people for the summer. 

We’ll actually be heading there from Moab (where we spent our honeymoon) since we’ll be there again for our anniversary.

If all works out we stand to make a nice profit which we will look to reinvest most of it, but may take our ten year anniversary trip to Bora Bora next year...at least it's a nice goal!

I married my wife when we were both 18 years old and in March will be our 20 year anniversary.

I am also in the Massachusetts National Guard, my 10th year anniversary was January 2018.
