while I totally understand the frustration especially purchasing what was supposed to be a new and ready to go asset, but these things are pretty common so don't feel to discouraged. 

It's frustrating, but I wanted to pass along the message to ensure this phrase is in your leases if you have items on your property.   

The Midwest, including cities like Detroit, offers some of the best opportunities for affordable properties with strong rent-to-price ratios.
