Pace's people have pretty much told their affiliates and those with Gator related Facebook groups to pound sand and not use Gator or his name in them anymore. 

I don’t think I said I did not like their affiliates.

Furthermore, there is likely an Affiliated Business Agreement Disclosure that you'll need to sign. 

I am not going to even get into the video itself because the renovation looks like a complete disaster but relying solely on information that's public and easily accessible, this single family home was purchased by DH1 Fund LP, a RAD affiliate in 2017 at a sheriff sale and transferred from predecessor company to DDH Fund LP in 2019.

Then it all fell through and of course had no backup from them since they aren’t affiliated in any way.

It recently dawned on me the idea of a non military affiliated individual assuming a VA loan, would this individual be able to then also gain the benefit of using an IRRRL since they have now acquired a VA loan through assumption?
