The late fees accrued interest and advances is probably significant.

If you buy an owner's redemption rights, you will have to pay full taxes and accrued interest to redeem.

Perhaps I don't understand currency trading enough, but I've never met someone that's accrued any significant wealth from a currency buy & hold strategy... 

Those numbers do not seem correct, unless you are using terms like loan amount of $104,000 is the unpaid principal balance (which is the amount that accrues interest), and the $270,000 is the total payoff.There are two components to a mortgage statement - the first is the reinstatement amount - this is the amount to bring the loan current.

You don't make payments on this, and there is no interest accrued. 

I'm not a financial advisor but I don't see how accruing more debt is going to help your situation.

I do not like this as obviously if a business account is only accumulating rent from 1 property, it wouldn't accrue the cash in each as quickly as it would if all of the rents were funneled into one account.. and it makes paying the bills a bit of a pain on each of the properties as I am having things done to the properties, lawn care, etc.. constantly has me making owner investment deposits into each to cover initial expenses associated with the properties.. etc. 

The project no explanation of why and no interest accrued. asking their support lead to no response at all. really bad experience and i will not recommend them.
