After getting married in 2023 and navigating wedding expenses, I finally committed to my real estate aspirations.

We have meetups once a month in Northern NJ on the first WED of each month (second WED for July).

It was early luck I know,  But got a nice sub to deal signed and will close next Wed so far. 

I once found a wedding cake on the kitchen counter with ants crawling over it. 

I am speaking at a meetup in JC this coming TUE (9-24) called Elevate and then I run meetups the first WED of every month in Northern NJ, WED Oct 2 is in Fairfield.

So far in August we have $1800 booked (first 2 weekends) then a week stay from Wed-Wed The 21st-31st are current not booked.

In my current case, guest is in town for a wedding, has been there a night, and just reached out to me today to inform me that someone in her group brought a service dog. 

But yes, lots of investors stay in sinking ships because they've become wed to the idea:

I speak to the estate planning attorney on Wed (I have another property in Philadelphia in my name that needs to be sorted as I'm currently exposed liability wise and another internationally also in my name that I am about to start STR) so I want to read up before that meeting.Thanks!
