I don't like repeating myself, folks can do a little searching and reading on topics they are interested in.Not many RE companies act like Verizon or AT&T.Funny, my son started another business, his phone had a directory;1 for customer service2 for shipping3 for accounting4 accounts payable5 production tracking 6 EmergenciesAll those numbers just went to he or his wife at first.....LOLNow, those departments are there and staffed.

I would never consider stopping by to discuss a rent increase with my tenants, who I assume are as busy as I am, any more than I would expect Verizon to stop by my house to let me know they're raising my cell phone rate.

After talking to verizon, I learned that it’s not secure to have the main router where stranger can access it as s/he can click the reset button and erase all the custom passwords I set up.
