The foundation there was not easily visible from the basement as that section is a crawl space that's too small to fit into.I had recently heard of a company called RAM JACK that does this sort of work.

In Los Angeles, $385K won't even get you a 1 bedroom condo with a caved-in roof and negative cash-flow.It was bad enough 2 years ago, but now with the Rams moving back and the new stadium under construction, things have gotten bat guano insane.

Update: under contract 10/21.After digging and doing some research last night, I realized that the house is 4.1 miles away from the new Rams stadium and Entertainment District that is currently under construction.

Then also look at Cascadia Investors Alliance which meets throughout the greater Seattle area and has a regular meetup at the Lakewood Ram that's pretty informal and great for getting to know people and have actual conversations.
