Dear Real Estate Agent or Realtor:How much time do you give your client to review a contract before you hand it off to the next client ?

Are there any alternatives to review?

An STR is an income producing investment.I've never gone wrong with 3 things: 1) quality, 2) quality and 3) quality......Get an above average tub with great ratings/reviews and use a service to keep it going.

Check out off-market properties and always use a reputable title agency with great reviews. 20 reviews is not enough for a title company.

You'll also need to know your rights because the Review Boards often try to intimidate owners.

There was new laws implemented in 2024 for CT, so wasn't sure if anyone from BP has reviewed that and updated the lease? 

By no means are they all good deals and it takes some careful review, but I've run numbers on a few listings just in the last few weeks that seemed to be pretty decent opportunities.

This seems like a great fit for me other than the fact I cannot find a company that has modestly good reviews.
