It sounds like your current "strategy" is to react when bad things happen. 

I am a San Antonio native and am a Project Manager/General Contractor.

I think there's a good chance that we will see little movement from the FED to see how the economy reacts to their last cuts and to see how the incumbent president's policies impact the country.

But end of the day you simply have to make a choice and hopefully do the best you can choosing wisely what works for your personal situation and personality.The Norada thread was a perfect example of investors all over the map on how they react when a note payment is missed ..

Let's not just complain but REACT !!

Hey Leslie,I am an Atlanta native who has been buying, rehabbing and managing MTRs for the last 4 years with my wife.

Also make sure he/she is a native Spanish speaker or at least very fluent since the agreements and legal documents are always in Spanish, some are translated as a courtesy but the Spanish versión always prevails.

I am a native of Omaha, with home-base now in Louisiana, but currently working in Saudi on contract.  

If you really want to welcome people to the community, you should be paying attention to what they wrote and reacting to that, not trying to be a welcome troll and get your post count up.
