Each HA uses HUD guidelines but has the ability to modify the process upon HUD approval. 2. many landlords do not fully understand  the ins and ours of the program.

It is tedious but necessary not sure how it works with Detroit's HA ?  

Ha ha, BS, it's 2 months later and those deals are still in his "marketplace" even though they were sold and aren't available anymore!

Just this week I sent an e-mail to her caseworker to notify the HA of our pending lawsuit to obtain a judgment for what she owns, and the caseworker confirmed that she will place the voucher on hold until the outcome of the court case, which prohibits the tenant from leaving until I confirm she is in compliance with her lease. 

I never said reputable. ha. but, yes, it happens.
