I am 33, originally from the Philadelphia area, and have spent the last seven years residing in the D.C. metro area (Arlington, VA, specifically), where I work as a freelance Spanish and Portuguese translator.

If picked wisely, you can target your rentals to locals, Portuguese migrants and foreigns.There is very little quality rental listings available, and the demand does also surpass the offer drastically, however this do not rise the rental value as much as , ex, Lisbon. 

Am Portuguese, wanna use the calculators, do they work all around or just US?

I wanted to be involved in International Relations and go back to Brazil and use my Portuguese.

If you're doing a site for real estate in Miami, make sure it's in Portuguese.

You have two good areas in the Ironbound (which is all mostly Portuguese community) and the downtown area, which  is composed of professionals.

Since I'm investing in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets, I'm learning Spanish as my fifth language. :-)
