For asset protection, LLCs are over-hyped - you just need good insurance.Set up correctly, an LLC may give you decent anonymity, so tenants don't know you're the owner and can't track you down to retaliate (happened to my manager). 

I wanted to learn about mobile homes and parks, but it came off as a big hype session with lots of people from the same funnel marketing company.

I am sure the press will hype it up though and these identical ponzi schemes run in just cash all the time too.

Hi Jacque, All of the sales seminar hype aside, let's talk about where the rubber meets the road.

This is why the BRICS won’t live up to the hype- there is no trust, which is one of the foundational pillars of a successful currency. 

As for the strategy,  I know all the hype is behind Brrrr,  but this comes with a lot of risk for the first investment.
