Some lenders are individual investors; some lenders are syndicates or have joined individual investors together to form a lending institution.

Lenders will want to see those funds deposited in a bank or other lending institution on one or two monthly statements.

Technically as the manager of the LLC you can open an accout with any financial institution though they don’t all cooperate when it’s an IRA owned LLC. 

Generally if your property was under your personal name, most financial institutions would go up to 80% Combined Loan to Value (CLTV), but because of COVID 19.

I don't want to name names, but I use a major US financial institution for my banking.
